Every year, the city of Laingsburg puts on a Springtime Festival downtown. There are crafts, carnival rides and various activities. We were so lucky to have nice weather yesterday (after days and days of rain), so we headed out with the girls in the morning and went downtown.
Our first stop was a pancake breakfast (which Samantha thoroughly enjoyed). After that, we ran back home to feed Sophia and to get our chairs and sunglasses. After that, we were off to the parade!
While we waited for the parade to start, there were a few farm animals nearby that Sam LOVED petting. Her favorite animals were the sheep:
I wasn't sure if Sam would like the parade because she is going through a little phase right now where she doesn't like loud noises, but she really enjoyed it!
